Yes! You can use your Spend card in a currency other than EUR. If you do, you'll be charged the Mastercard Exchange rate plus a 1% fee.
Spend is currently only available to the European Economic Area (EEA) citizens and the EU residents.
To pass the verification process, EEA citizens must provide a valid passport or ID card. During verification, you will need to submit your residence address.
Non-EEA citizens must provide a valid passport or ID card from their home country, along with an EU residence permit and a proof of address document to confirm their residency.
