TODEY is an independent data, intelligence, research, discovery and analytics platform focused on the crypto-payments ecosystem and related digital-asset and payment infrastructure.

TODEY may provide and publish structured information, datasets, data visualizations, analytical outputs, research, comparisons, rankings, reviews, company and product intelligence, developer interfaces, dashboards, portals, community features and other information services concerning crypto-payment products, payment infrastructure, digital-asset companies, financial technology providers and related ecosystem participants.

Information made available through TODEY may include third-party information, publicly available information, information supplied by companies or other participants, information obtained from external data sources, user or community contributions, and information that TODEY has collected, structured, normalized, classified, analyzed or otherwise derived.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement, TODEY provides such information and services for general informational, research, analytical and educational purposes only.

Nothing on the TODEY platform should be interpreted as individualized financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, compliance, trading or other professional advice, or as a recommendation to enter into, terminate, modify or refrain from any transaction, service relationship or commercial arrangement.

No Custody, Transaction Execution or Regulated Financial Service

TODEY is an independent information, data and intelligence platform and is not the provider of the underlying financial, payment or crypto-asset services described, reviewed or referenced through its platform.

TODEY does not provide the following services through the platform described in this Disclaimer:

• Hold, safeguard or control customer funds or crypto-assets;
• Control or manage private cryptographic keys on behalf of customers;
• Operate a trading platform for crypto-assets;
• Exchange crypto-assets for funds or other crypto-assets on behalf of customers;
• Execute customer orders for crypto-assets;
• Receive and transmit customer orders for execution;
• Provide custody services;
• Provide portfolio management;
• Provide individualized investment or crypto-asset advice;
• Issue payment cards, financial accounts or other regulated financial instruments;
• Process or settle customer payment transactions;
• Operate banking, money-transmission or remittance services; or
• Perform other regulated financial or crypto-asset services merely by providing information about third-party products or providers.

TODEY may describe, compare, analyze or provide access to information concerning products and services that are themselves subject to financial, payment, crypto-asset or other regulatory frameworks. The existence of such information on the TODEY platform does not mean that TODEY provides, operates, guarantees, certifies or assumes responsibility for the underlying third-party service.

Third-Party, Public, User-Contributed and Derived Information

TODEY may obtain or derive information from a variety of sources, including public sources, third-party websites and APIs, company disclosures, partner-provided information, ecosystem participants, user or community contributions, internal research, structured datasets and automated or technical data collection processes.

TODEY may combine, normalize, categorize, aggregate, calculate, classify or otherwise transform information before presenting it through the platform.

The presence of information in a TODEY product does not necessarily mean that TODEY has independently verified every underlying fact, representation or statement. Information obtained from third parties remains subject to the quality, availability, accuracy and timeliness of those sources.

TODEY may update, modify, correct, remove or discontinue information, datasets, classifications, methodologies, rankings, charts, API fields and other platform content at any time.

Accuracy, Completeness and Timeliness

TODEY seeks to provide useful, relevant and reasonably current information but does not warrant or guarantee that information available through the platform is complete, accurate, current, error-free or suitable for any particular purpose.

Products, fees, limits, supported assets, eligibility requirements, geographic availability, rewards, benefits, compliance requirements, policies, technical capabilities and other characteristics of third-party services may change without notice.

Information presented by TODEY may therefore differ from information currently published, offered or applied by the relevant third-party provider.

Delays may occur between an underlying change and its appearance in a TODEY product, dataset, dashboard, chart or API response.

Users and customers should independently verify material information with the relevant provider or authoritative source before relying upon it for a consequential decision, transaction or business process.

Programmatic Data Access & Developer Services

TODEY may provide developers, businesses and other authorized users with programmatic access to information and data through application programming interfaces (“APIs”) and related developer services.

API data is provided subject to the applicable API documentation, service terms, licensing conditions, usage restrictions, technical limitations and any applicable commercial agreement.

API responses may contain information that is incomplete, delayed, unavailable, subsequently corrected or different from information maintained by an underlying third-party source.

TODEY does not warrant that any API response will be uninterrupted, continuously available, error-free, complete, current or suitable for a particular commercial, financial, regulatory, compliance, trading, payment, risk-management or other purpose.

Developers and customers are responsible for independently validating information obtained from the TODEY API before using that information as the basis for a material decision, transaction, automated process, customer-facing representation or regulated activity.

Access to a TODEY API does not grant ownership of TODEY software, databases, methodologies, documentation, trademarks or other intellectual property except to the extent expressly provided under a separate written agreement.

API access does not authorize any user to represent TODEY as the source, operator or provider of an underlying third-party financial, payment, crypto-asset or other regulated service.

Restricted-Access Interfaces & Analytics

TODEY may provide authenticated portals, dashboards and other restricted-access interfaces to customers, developers, partners or other authorized users.

Information displayed through such interfaces may include data visualizations, analytical outputs, datasets, metrics, account information, usage information and other platform functionality.

Dashboard and portal information is subject to the same limitations concerning accuracy, completeness, timeliness and third-party dependencies described in this Disclaimer unless a separate written agreement expressly provides otherwise.

Access to a portal or dashboard does not by itself create any representation, warranty, service-level commitment or contractual obligation beyond the terms expressly applicable to that service.

No Certification of Underlying Data

TODEY does not represent that the inclusion of a company, product, service, metric, dataset or other information in a TODEY product constitutes certification, approval, verification, regulatory authorization, financial soundness, solvency, security certification or endorsement of the relevant entity or service.

TODEY may analyze or organize information according to its own methodologies, classifications and editorial standards without representing that those methodologies constitute an official industry, regulatory or professional certification.

Rankings, Reviews, Comparisons and Analytical Outputs

TODEY may publish rankings, comparisons, reviews, scores, classifications, charts, data insights, analytical commentary and other editorial or analytical outputs based on information obtained from public sources, third-party disclosures, structured datasets, proprietary methodologies, internal research, automated processes, community input and other sources.

Such outputs are analytical or editorial assessments and should not be interpreted as objective, definitive, independently verified or professionally certified assessments of any company, product, provider or service.

TODEY methodologies, classifications, scoring systems, rankings and analytical frameworks may change over time as data, methodology, market conditions or platform objectives evolve.

A high ranking, positive review, favorable comparison, prominent placement, inclusion in a dataset or other favorable treatment does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, certification, guarantee or representation regarding the legality, safety, solvency, reliability, suitability, security or performance of the relevant entity or service.

Likewise, a lower ranking, unfavorable review, omission or absence from a TODEY product does not constitute a determination that a company, product or service is unsafe, unlawful, unsuitable or inferior.

Users should conduct their own independent due diligence before relying upon any TODEY analytical or editorial output.

Voting, Community Input and Ecosystem Curation

TODEY may provide community features that allow users to submit information, provide feedback, vote on features, participate in ecosystem curation or otherwise contribute to the development and presentation of information on the platform.

Community participation, voting results, rankings, submissions and other user-generated signals represent community activity and do not constitute professional advice, certification, verification or endorsement by TODEY.

TODEY may moderate, review, limit, reject, remove or otherwise manage community submissions and participation in accordance with applicable platform rules and policies.

A community vote or other participatory result does not create any entitlement to listing, ranking, promotion, partnership, feature development, inclusion or continued visibility on the TODEY platform.

TODEY may use reasonable controls to address manipulation, abuse, spam, coordinated activity or other conduct that may compromise the integrity of community features.

No Endorsement or Recommendation

The appearance of a company, product, card, payment service, crypto-asset, protocol, technology provider, financial institution or other entity on TODEY does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, approval or guarantee by TODEY.

References, rankings, comparisons, reviews, listings, community votes, data points and analytical outputs are provided to support research and information discovery and should not be treated as a substitute for independent due diligence.

TODEY does not guarantee the legality, regulatory status, financial condition, solvency, security, reliability, availability, performance or suitability of any third-party company, product or service.

Affiliate, Referral and Sponsored Relationships

TODEY may receive compensation through affiliate programs, referral arrangements, commercial partnerships, sponsorships or other monetization arrangements associated with certain products, providers or services referenced on the platform.

Where required, sponsored or otherwise compensated placements will be identified in an appropriate manner.

A commercial relationship with a third party does not, by itself, constitute an endorsement or guarantee of that third party.

Commercial relationships should not be interpreted as a representation that TODEY independently verifies all claims, characteristics or performance statements made by the relevant third party.

TODEY may maintain editorial, analytical or methodological standards independently of commercial relationships; however, users should always consider disclosed commercial relationships when evaluating TODEY content.

Methodology and Potential Conflicts

TODEY may have commercial relationships with companies or services covered by its research and data products. TODEY seeks to distinguish commercial placements and disclosures from editorial and analytical outputs.

Methodologies, data sources, scoring criteria and ranking approaches may incorporate objective data, editorial judgment and other analytical inputs. These methodologies are not intended to constitute regulatory, financial or professional certification.

Where appropriate, TODEY may disclose material commercial relationships or other circumstances that could reasonably affect the interpretation of a particular commercial or editorial placement.

No Sole Reliance for Consequential Decisions

TODEY information, datasets, analytical outputs, dashboards and API responses are not intended to be the sole basis for consequential decisions or actions.

Users and customers should not rely on TODEY information as the sole basis for decisions involving financial transactions, investment decisions, payment execution, compliance determinations, KYC, AML, sanctions screening, fraud prevention, legal conclusions, security decisions, underwriting, credit decisions or other matters where inaccurate, incomplete or outdated information could result in material loss, regulatory exposure or harm.

Where a decision depends on current, authoritative or legally determinative information, the user or customer is responsible for obtaining and independently validating that information from the appropriate authoritative source.

Automated and AI-Assisted Outputs

Certain TODEY products or workflows may use automated, algorithmic or artificial-intelligence-assisted processes to collect, organize, classify, summarize, compare or analyze information.

Automated or AI-assisted outputs may contain errors, omissions, inaccuracies or outdated information and should not be treated as authoritative without appropriate human or independent verification.

Where applicable, TODEY may provide additional disclosures concerning the use of automated or AI-assisted systems in accordance with applicable law and the nature of the relevant service.

Third-Party Providers, Websites and Services

TODEY may reference, link to, obtain information from, integrate with or otherwise interact with third-party websites, APIs, payment providers, card issuers, financial institutions, blockchain networks, technology providers, data providers and other external services.

TODEY does not control and is not responsible for the availability, security, policies, fees, eligibility requirements, regulatory status, compliance decisions, technical performance, financial condition or operational practices of third-party providers.

A link, integration, data relationship, listing or reference to a third party does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee by TODEY.

Users should review the applicable third-party terms, privacy policies, disclosures and other documentation before using an external service.

Digital-Asset and Technology Risks

Digital assets, blockchain-based systems, payment infrastructure and related technologies involve significant risks, including market volatility, liquidity risk, counterparty risk, technology risk, cybersecurity risk, fraud risk, operational risk, regulatory risk and the possibility of partial or total loss.

Third-party services referenced by TODEY may experience outages, security incidents, transaction failures, account restrictions, regulatory changes, changes in eligibility, changes in fees or other events that materially affect their products or services.

TODEY does not guarantee the performance, security, availability, solvency or continued operation of any third-party product or service referenced on the platform.

Users are responsible for evaluating the risks associated with any product, service, transaction or investment before taking action.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TODEY provides its website, data, information, research, analytical outputs and related services on an “as is” and “as available” basis and makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, regarding their accuracy, completeness, timeliness, availability, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, except to the extent that such representations or warranties cannot lawfully be excluded.

TODEY does not warrant that the platform, its content, datasets, dashboards, APIs or other services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free or free from harmful components.

Service Interruptions and External Events

TODEY may experience interruptions, delays or limitations resulting from maintenance, infrastructure failures, cybersecurity incidents, third-party outages, network failures, blockchain or protocol events, data-source interruptions, telecommunications failures, regulatory actions, extraordinary market conditions or other events beyond TODEY’s reasonable control.

TODEY does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any website, dataset, dashboard, API, feature or other service unless expressly agreed otherwise in a separate written agreement.

Privacy and Data Protection Cross-Reference

Personal information collected or processed by TODEY is handled in accordance with the applicable TODEY Privacy Policy and other applicable data-protection requirements.

Where TODEY processes personal information on behalf of an enterprise customer or other organization, the parties may enter into separate data-processing terms or other contractual arrangements as required by applicable law.

Intellectual Property and Data Rights

TODEY’s software, platform interfaces, original content, editorial materials, methodologies, databases, data structures, designs, trademarks, logos and other proprietary materials are owned by TODEY or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Information obtained from third parties may remain subject to the rights of those third parties.

Unless expressly authorized by applicable terms or a separate written agreement, access to TODEY data, APIs or platform services does not transfer ownership of TODEY intellectual property, databases, software, methodologies or proprietary data structures.

Additional licensing, access, reuse or redistribution rights may be governed by separate API terms, commercial agreements or other applicable terms.

Relationship to Other Agreements

Certain TODEY products and services may be subject to additional terms, agreements, policies or documentation, including Terms of Use, API and Developer Terms, Privacy Policy, Community Rules, Data Processing Agreements, service-specific terms, enterprise agreements and other contractual documents.

Where applicable, those additional terms govern the relevant service and may establish rights and obligations that are not contained in this Disclaimer.

In the event of a conflict between this Disclaimer and a separately executed written agreement, the terms of the executed agreement will govern to the extent expressly stated in that agreement.

Third-Party Links and Resources

TODEY may provide links to external websites, applications, services and resources for informational convenience.

TODEY does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, security, privacy practices, policies or accuracy of external websites or services.

Users access third-party websites and services at their own discretion and should review the applicable terms, disclosures and privacy policies before using them.
