Not disclosed in public-facing documentation. As a corporate commercial card, ATM cash withdrawals are not a promoted feature and may not be supported. The Card Agreement lists "cash withdrawals" and "cash advances" among non-qualifying purchases for rewards.
Visa. The Meow Card is issued by Cross River Bank and can be used anywhere Visa cards are accepted. The separate Airwallex Commercial Card (for currency-specific use) is issued by Community Federal Savings Bank.
