GENERAL QUESTIONS.
A Crypto Cash Virtual Card is a prepaid card that you can top up with cryptocurrencies like BFIC, BLD, USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH, etc., and use it for online payments at merchants that accept Mastercard or Visa.
A Physical Card is a plastic card delivered by mail that can be used for in-store purchases and ATM withdrawals, while a Virtual Card is digital and used online. Both connect to your crypto funds and can be recharged.
Log into the card dashboard, click “Recharge,” select the amount and token payment, copy the recharge address, then send crypto from your wallet to that address.
After the application is approved and payment is completed, the physical card is produced and delivered by mail, and you can track the delivery through the card application page (delivery may take up to ~1 month depending on region).
