How does the GoMining Visa Card work and can I pay directly with cryptocurrency?
The GoMining Visa Card lets you pay using your crypto balance inside the GoMining app. When you make a purchase, the selected cryptocurrency is automatically converted to fiat at the moment of authorization. You don’t need to manually exchange or withdraw funds — the conversion happens during the transaction. Your internal balance updates in real time, so you can always see what was spent and which asset was used. You select one supported asset to fund your card payments. The card does not use an asset priority list.
Who is eligible to get a GoMining card and what are the KYC requirements?
Users can apply for a GoMining Visa Card after completing Level 2 KYC verification inside the app. To open the card, your custodial wallet must hold at least $100 in supported crypto assets. GoMining Cards are now available in over 130 countries as part of the global rollout. Availability may be restricted in certain jurisdictions. Please refer to the Terms for details. After completing the requirements, a virtual Visa card is issued. In some cases, issuance may take up to one day.
Which cryptos does the GoMining Card support, and how are payments converted?
The GoMining Card currently supports: BTC, GOMINING, USDT, and USDC. When you make a purchase, the selected asset is converted automatically during the transaction. The selected asset is converted automatically at the moment of purchase. After conversion, your internal balance updates immediately, and the payment is processed in fiat.
How is cashback in terahashes (TH) calculated and what card levels are available?
The GoMining Card provides cashback in terahashes (TH), which are credited to a miner linked to your account. If you don’t already have an eligible miner, GoMining provides a 1 TH bonus miner so your cashback has a place to accumulate. Card levels range from Bronze to Legend, offering 0.5% to 5% cashback, depending on your VIP tier. After each purchase, the system calculates the TH amount based on: the transaction value, the current miner’s price per TH, the miner’s energy efficiency. Cashback accrues once per day and is credited to your selected miner.
Can I order a physical GoMining card and in which countries is it available?
The GoMining Card is currently available as a virtual Visa card after completing Level 2 KYC and meeting the balance requirements. Cards are available in over 130 countries, with limited regional exceptions. Please refer to the Terms for the most up-to-date list of supported jurisdictions. A physical card will be introduced in a future rollout phase. Eligible users will be able to apply and activate it directly through the GoMining app once it becomes available in their region.
