How Do I Sign Up for the WhiteBIT Nova?
To sign up for the WhiteBIT Nova, users must undergo an identity verification process (KYC). This includes submitting identification documents and verifying your phone number. Once the KYC process is completed and approved, you will receive a virtual crypto card that is ready for use. You can access the registration option via WhiteBIT, where you'll be guided through the card request onboarding, which includes accepting terms and conditions and undergoing KYC. The card will be activated immediately upon successful verification if you're eligible.
What Cryptocurrencies Are Supported by the WhiteBIT Nova?
The WhiteBIT Nova supports USDC, BTC, ETH, XRP, SOL, NEAR, ADA, AVAX, WBT, EURI, EURR and DOGE as its Main balance. You can manage your currency settings directly in the app, choosing whether to earn cashback in BTC or WBT.
Are There Any Fees Associated With Using the WhiteBIT Nova?
The WhiteBIT Nova offers a 0% fee. There are no fees for opening, maintaining, or closing the card, and no annual or monthly payments are required. The cashback feature is also fee-free, with cashback earned up to 10% on selected categories. However, a minimum claim amount of 5 EUR is required to redeem your cashback rewards. Additionally, account reactivation after 3 months of inactivity incurs a 5 EUR fee. And, if you plan to have a physical version of the card, the cost for delivery is 12 EUR.
How Do I Earn and Redeem Cashback Rewards?
Cashback is earned on eligible purchases in up to three selected categories per day. Categories include everyday expenses such as taxis (5%), subscriptions (10%), groceries (1%), food and cafés (1%), and more. The cashback percentage is the same for both Bitcoin (BTC) and WhiteBIT Coin (WBT). You can change your cashback categories once per day, and cashback is accumulated in your account. Once you've earned a minimum of 5 EUR, you can claim and deposit your cashback to your Main balance. The maximum cashback limit is equivalent to 25 EUR per month.
