YES. Payers must use the SuperCash mobile app (available on iOS App Store and Google Play) or the web app (app.supercash.me). No third-party wallet compatibility — SuperCash is a custodial wallet that holds user deposits and processes stablecoin-to-local-fiat conversion at the point of sale.

WHAT SETTLEMENT SPEEDS ARE SUPPORTED FOR MERCHANTS? +

Not applicable — SuperCash is consumer-only. Merchants receive settlement in their local currency through their existing payment provider (the bank or PSP behind VietQR/QRPh/UPI). SuperCash handles the stablecoin-to-fiat conversion on the consumer side, so the merchant sees a standard local currency transaction with instant settlement via the national QR rail.

WHAT FEES DO MERCHANTS PAY? +

Not applicable — merchants do not register with or pay SuperCash. The merchant's fees are determined by their existing payment provider for the national QR network (VietQR, QRPh, UPI, etc.). SuperCash does not charge consumers any transaction fees either — the only cost is the Premium membership ($10/year) for cashback benefits.
