Yes. Bitget Wallet is a mobile app (iOS/Android) with a Chrome extension for desktop. The Bitget Wallet Card is applied for and managed entirely within the app. There is no web-based or browser-based payment flow — the app is required for both wallet-to-wallet QR transfers and card management.

Bitget Wallet does not offer a merchant product. There are no settlement speeds because there is no merchant acceptance, payment processing, or payout infrastructure. Wallet-to-wallet transfers settle at blockchain confirmation speed (seconds to minutes depending on network).
