GENERAL QUESTIONS.
This virtual card works anywhere in the world that accepts Visa: physical stores via Google Pay (NFC Phone), and online stores. Keep in mind that for online purchases, each merchant sets their own rules: if they only accept credit cards or local bank cards, there's nothing we can do about that.
Important: if you're getting this card to pay for one specific service or make a single purchase, this is not the right card for you. This card is reloadable and designed for long-term use. If you only need it for a specific service or one transaction, look for a different type of card.
The card activates almost instantly. The only thing that takes a little time is the load itself, around 5 minutes if you pay with USDT/USDC, or around 30/45 minutes with other cryptocurrencies.
We only ask for a name and email, that is the minimum required to activate the card. No ID, no selfies, no address verification.
Yes. If you return a purchase, the refund will be credited back to your card balance. You may also see temporary authorizations (for example, hotel deposits) that are later cancelled and never settle. These appear as reversals.
Google Pay is supported and works out of the box. Apple Pay is not currently supported, though we are working on adding it.
Yes, as many times as you want. Minimum top-up is $20 (varies by coin).
We support multiple cryptocurrencies and keep adding more. You can already fund your card with BTC, LTC, SOL, ZANO, and USDT/USDC (Polygon), among others.
A 3.5% fee on top-ups. On the monthly plan, the first month's subscription is charged when your card is created, then billed monthly from your balance. On the annual plan, the subscription is paid upfront.
