Yes. ATM withdrawals are supported with published limits: per transaction $2,500, daily $10,000, monthly $20,000 (Basic) or $60,000 (Premium).
Mastercard. The card is issued by Unblock Atomo SARL (EEA-licensed e-money institution in Luxembourg) and accepted at all Mastercard merchants in 172+ countries, including the US.
Your funds are in USDC in a self-custodial wallet — you hold the private keys, and Mine never has access. If Mine shuts down, your funds remain accessible via your seed phrase in any compatible wallet. However, there is no government deposit insurance, and USDC is not a bank deposit. Earn funds are routed to Aave V3 smart contracts — risk lies in the smart contract, not with Mine.
