GENERAL QUESTIONS.
Currently, Pionex only provides a virtual crypto card. According to the official documentation, physical cards are not available yet. The virtual card can be used for online payments and added to supported digital wallets where applicable.
The Pionex Card only supports USDT for funding.
You must transfer USDT from your Pionex account to the card balance.
The official documentation does not specify multiple blockchains for direct external top-ups; funding is handled internally within the Pionex platform.
No. The Pionex Card does not offer an IBAN or personal bank account number.
It is a custodial crypto debit card, designed for spending crypto (USDT) via Visa or Mastercard rails, not for receiving bank transfers like a traditional neobank account.
Each user can only have one Pionex Card.
