Bitstack requires identity verification for legal compliance and fraud prevention. This process may involve scanning a photo ID, sending a selfie video, and requesting a qualified electronic signature (QES).

Your Bitstack account will have limited functionalities until the identity verification process is completed.

The image of your official ID (from your passport or residence permit, for example) and photo of your face must be sent to us via the app. Please do not send us these documents via email. This is sensitive information that should only be uploaded via the app.
