This is a COLLATERALIZED SPEND CARD, not a prepaid card. You put up crypto as collateral, spend on credit, and MUST repay. Failure to repay within 1 calendar day, or collateral value dropping below outstanding charges, triggers automatic liquidation. Your crypto is sold to cover the debt with no additional warning.
Collateral is held on Ethereum/Polygon/Optimism/Arbitrum, NOT on Solana. Despite "Built on Solana" branding, the card's financial rails run entirely on EVM chains. Your SOL or Solana-based tokens are NOT eligible as collateral.
FX fees can stack to ~6%: Foreign Exchange Fee (non-USD): up to 3% + Cross Border Fee: up to 3%. Non-USD spending at non-domestic merchants attracts both.
