How to Pay with Crypto

GENERAL QUESTIONS.
NO. Payers use any cryptocurrency wallet of their choice — Trust Wallet, MetaMask, Binance Wallet, Coinbase Wallet, Exodus, or any wallet that supports sending crypto. NOWPayments generates a unique deposit address and QR code for each transaction; the payer simply scans or copies the address and sends the payment from their own wallet.
Crypto settlements are processed at blockchain speed — funds appear in the merchant's wallet once the transaction receives sufficient blockchain confirmations (varies by network, but most payments confirm within 5 minutes). Fiat settlement via auto-conversion uses ChangeNOW's exchange infrastructure for real-time rate conversion with transparent pricing. Merchants can withdraw settled crypto to their wallet at any time.
NOWPayments charges a flat 0.5% service fee on crypto-to-crypto payments — the lowest in the industry. Cross-currency conversion (e.g. customer pays BTC, merchant receives USDT) carries a 1% service fee. Payers pay only their own blockchain network fees.
