Avalanche Card is a crypto-backed Visa card that allows you to seamlessly spend your USDC and AVAX anywhere Visa is accepted. When you make a purchase, the merchant gets paid just like a traditional credit card.

Creating an Avalanche Card account is quick and easy:

• Download the Avalanche Card app
• Enter your phone number and follow the prompts
• Complete KYC verification to access all features

Once verified, you can start using your Avalanche Card!

To use your Avalanche Card, you must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification: Once you have logged in to your account you will be asked to provide a few items:

• Full legal name
• Email
• Date of Birth
• SSN/National ID Number
• Valid government-issued ID (passport, driver’s license, or national ID)
• Selfie to check to confirm your identity

Once submitted, your verification will be reviewed. If approved, you can start using your Avalanche Card right away.

KYC verification typically takes a few seconds. In some cases, it may take up to 72 hours if additional verification is needed. If your verification is delayed for more than 72 hours, please contact support.

In most cases, applications are automatically approved. However, if we’re unable to verify your information or need additional details, your account may require a manual review. If this happens, our team will reach out via email with the next steps. If you haven’t received an update within 72 hours, or if you’d like to check your status, please contact our support team, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Avalanche Card is currently available in many U.S. states, Latin America, and the Caribbean. However, residents of the following countries and regions are not eligible to sign up:

Cannot issue to residents of the following countries: Belarus, Cuba, India, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Mainland China, Nepal, Nicaragua, Nigeria, North Korea, Russia, Sri Lanka, Syria, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela, Vietnam

Once your card is approved and shipped, delivery times vary by location. Most users receive their card within 5 to 14 business days.

Activating your Avalanche Card is quick and easy!

1. Open the Avalanche Card app.
2. Tap on the "Tap here to activate card" button on the card icon.
3. Once activated, you can add your virtual card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet and start using it immediately.

To sign up for the Avalanche Card, you must meet the following criteria:

• Be a legal resident of a country and region we support
• Be at least 18 years old
• Have a valid phone number
• Provide valid identification, such as: Driver’s license or passport, Social Security Number (SSN)/National ID Number

**We do not accept expired IDs
**P.O. Boxes and mail forwarding addresses are not supported
