GENERAL QUESTIONS.
Go to the “Cards” section within xPortal and choose to add a new card from the “Cards” tab. For the physical option, you will have to choose from the available plans - Mint, Pro* & Diamond Touch*.
The delivery fee for domestic delivery in Romania is 5,99 Euro, while the fee for international delivery to countries in the SEE region is 9,99 Euro. Please check our ‘Fees Page’ and ‘Transactional Limits’ available in the “Account Settings” sub-section (by pressing on the dots “…” ) in the “Cards” Section of the xPortal App.
If you successfully conducted a payment by inserting the card into a POS or an ATM, you will be able to use your xPortal Debit Card immediately after.
