The DeCard Hub integrates your card application and management into a light, streamlined platform that is easy to view on mobile devices. It includes D-Vault, an account that you can make repayment and prepayment with digital assets, and that is linked to your DeCard for efficient management of your spend limits.

Step 1: Create an account on the DeCard Hub.

Use your phone number to register. You need to verify that you receive the SMS OTP. After that, set your password to complete the account registration.

Step 2: Complete the card application.

After you register and enter the "Card" page, you can start the card application process (new users will also complete identity verification in this process):

First, you need to select the card scheme (i.e. Visa, Mastercard).

Identity verification will be performed after selecting the card scheme; you can choose from the following 2 verification methods:

Singpass: for Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents.

Upload passport and proof of address: for other foreigners in Singapore.

After identity verification, you are required to complete and confirm your personal/residence/employment details. Application can be submitted after confirmation.

Step 3: Transfer funds to increase your spending limit.

Once your DeCard application is approved, you’ll receive a virtual card with a starting credit limit assigned by DCS. To transfer funds:

Go to the D-Vault page and tap "Pay to card".

Select the currency or stablecoin you want to transfer.

Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your repayment.

D-Vault aggregates your assets under one view, and allows you to easily transfer funds to increase your spend limit.

On the D-Vault page, find the repayment button.

Select "Digital Assets (USDC, USDT)" and choose the network you want.

USDT supported networks: Ethereum, TRON, Solana, Polygon

USDC supported networks: Ethereum, Solana, Polygon, Base

If this is your first transfer, you will need to fill in your personal information to meet compliance requirements (this step is not required for future repayments).

After completing the above steps, DeCard will provide you with a unique address.

Simply transfer your digital assets to this address (Transfer and conversion services are provided by FOMO PAY).

Once the transfer is detected on the blockchain, FomoPay will convert your digital assets to SGD at the real-time exchange rate, and the equivalent SGD amount will be credited to your account.
