How can I add money with a card?
Debit Card Requirements
Accepted Cards: We currently accept only debit cards for account top-ups
Issuance Criteria: Your debit card must be issued by a bank within the European Economic Area (EEA)
Card ownership: The name on your debit card must match the name registered on your Deblock account.
Top-Up Transactions
Currency: At this initial stage, we are accepting top-ups in EUR (Euro) only 💶
Minimum Amount: The minimum amount for a single top-up by card is €50.00
Maximum Amount: We offer flexibility in top-up amounts with no maximum limit
Fees: A nominal fee of 0.5% is applied to each card top-up transaction

When making a purchase, your MetaMask card instantly converts tokens into the local currency. These conversion rates are calculated at the time of transaction. You will also be charged a minimal fee for each transaction. Please see the fees table here.
How do I manage my wallet’s encryption key?
The encryption key gives you access to your Deblock wallet within our application.
When you created your account, you received it directly by email. This email contains as subject:
Your encryption key - DO NOT DELETE!
If you can't find your email, you can resend it by going to the application:

Deblock offers a non-custodial crypto wallet, which means that we won’t hold or store your crypto-assets. Instead, you will have complete control and ownership of your funds at all times.
This also means that even if Deblock were to disappear, your cryptocurrencies would still be accessible and under your control
To ensure compliance with AML directives, Deblock will monitor all on-chain transactions associated with your wallet.
While we can’t restrict deposits of any compatible crypto-assets, we reserve the right to reject an off-ramping request if the assets were acquired or used through illegal means.
